My fav veggie dish is veggie pizza. Yes, I know that it's kind of boring...but it's what is keeping me from becoming a vegan--pizza! I have tried the vegan pizzas, and they are good, but when you don't want to make one and pick it up on the go...veggie pizza is the best!
