I have been a vegetarian for over 12 years and although i've tried veganism it's expensive and too much work to be healthy about it haha. I love tofu and veggies, and living in the "garden state" I have plenty to add to my vegetarian diet. I do love the city vegetarian restaurants and love how popular vegetarianism has become so I have more options when I go out to eat!
