I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things. About 12 years ago, I became vegetarian which presents a challenge when going out to eat. So, I developed a love for cooking and trying new recipes. My favorite vegetarian dish is Bar-B-Que Tofu and mac and cheese from Chealsey's Bakery in Decatur, Georgia.
